As an Ambassador for Women in Tech, educator, and founder of CYBERLEAD, I believe that creating more women leaders requires more than education alone. It requires visibility, opportunity, confidence, and a strong professional community.

Our mission is to bridge technology and leadership through education, visibility, mentoring, and community. We support emerging and mid-career leaders with clear learning paths, trusted guidance, and spaces to connect so that talent is seen, supported, and retained.
