Founder & Mission

As an Ambassador for Women in Tech, educator, and founder of CYBERLEAD, I believe that creating more women leaders requires more than education alone. It requires visibility, opportunity, confidence, and a strong professional community.

Our mission is to bridge technology and leadership through education, visibility, mentoring, and community. We support emerging and mid-career leaders with clear learning paths, trusted guidance, and spaces to connect so that talent is seen, supported, and retained.

Founder quote
“This scholarship matters because leadership potential should never be limited by access, visibility, or who you already know.”
